BODY TRUST & MENOPAUSE
Reimagining “The Change” Together
The Menopause Summit was the start of a conversation we’re not finished having.
In 2025, we gathered an extraordinary group of people to talk about menopause differently. What emerged was bigger than a summit.
It left us thinking about what becomes possible when people moving through premenopause, perimenopause, and menopause have places to bring all of it: good information and lived experience. Expertise and body stories. The practical questions and the existential ones. Changing bodies, changing identities, rage, pleasure, grief, power, uncertainty, and the strange clarity that can arrive in the middle of it all.
And, of course, Body Trust.
There is more coming in 2027.
We’re dreaming now about what the next chapter of this work might become.
We’re imagining spaces for people moving through premenopause, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond that bring together mentorship, information, realness, expertise, lived experience, grief tending, body stories, and Body Trust.
Places where we can learn from people who know things and from one another.
Menopause is not simply a medical event to manage.
It is a bodily transition. A Body Trust threshold. A cultural experience. A reckoning with aging, gender, health, desirability, capacity, identity, care, and the stories we have inherited about what our bodies are supposed to be.
If you are approaching peri-menopause, somewhere in the wilds of perimenopause, on the other side wondering what just happened, or supporting people through these transitions, stay close.
We have more to make together.
