The world
doesn’t need more
weight loss coaches

It doesn’t need more therapists recommending WW or Noom, teachers and school curriculums colluding with diet culture, organizations upholding anti-fat bias, or fatphobia in eating disorder treatment centers.

The world needs you.

Your brave voice.
Your radical presence.
Your bold advocacy.

Join our community of Body Trust Specialists who are advocating for and/or providing compassionate, weight-inclusive models of care.

Body Trust Specialist
Desiree Adaway

“Almost everything I have learned about body freedom and body trust – radically accepting my body – I learned from Hilary and Dana.

As a fat black woman society has always told me I am too much, and less than, at the same time.

Body Trust and the folks at Center for Body Trust helped to teach that my body, and being just as I am, is powerful, needed and necessary.”

Two Training Paths

We offer two unique training paths designed to prepare you for shifting paradigms around weight and health and giving you the tools necessary for evolving your work.

Groundwork

Build an unshakeable foundation

Our Groundwork program is a self-paced training consisting of 14 online learning modules that will guide you in developing a different way of thinking about food, weight, health, bodies and healing.

Groundwork is ideal for you if you want Body Trust training, but are not planning to get fully certified.

If you know you want to sign up for certification the next time enrollment opens and would like to get a head start on the required curriculum, you may start with the Groundwork modules and we’ll apply the cost of the program toward your certification.
